The study examined the feasibility of establishing a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting program at the International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP). The main objective was to assess ISAP's readiness to implement the program, focusing on areas such as administration, faculty, library, and laboratory and physical facilities. Using a descriptive survey research design, data were collected from 28 respondents through purposive sampling. The survey questionnaire gathered personal demographics and perspectives on specific program aspects aligned with CHED standards. Statistical tools, including frequency count, percentage distribution, and weighted mean calculations, were employed for data analysis. The findings indicated that ISAP was fully prepared to implement the program, with high readiness observed in all evaluated areas: administration, faculty, library, laboratory and physical facilities. Effective leadership and organizational structures, qualified educators, and well-equipped facilities were highlighted as strengths. It was recommended that ISAP proceed with the program's implementation, emphasizing continuous monitoring, support, and the integration of advanced technologies to maintain high standards and efficiency. Additionally, ongoing professional development for faculty, regular updates to library resources, and continuous improvements in physical facilities were suggested to ensure the program's long-term success and relevance. These measures would contribute significantly to the academic and professional growth of students, ensuring that the program remained competitive and up to date with current educational and industry standards. The successful establishment of the program would not only enhance the institution's academic offerings but also better prepare graduates for careers in management accounting.
