Abstract

Higher Education Institutions (HEI) that offer criminology programs are seen as important educational establishments that are constantly and actively engaged in generating graduates with the character and aptitude to handle the challenges of globalization in the field of criminology as well as the knowledge, skills, attitude, and values to address the issue of criminality in the nation. Research has been done to date to ascertain the locations and employment status of program alumni as well as to assess the outcomes of the education and training that the graduates undertook while attending the school. This study aimed to determine the profile of the criminology graduates of ISAP 2016-2020, their employment status, the relevance of the curriculum to their jobs, and their present employment status. The study utilized the quantitative-descriptive research design with 20 respondents using a survey questionnaire. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents are employed concerning the curriculum they took, and the curriculum has relevance to their current job and job status. The researchers recommend that the institution improve the school facilities, conduct a periodic evaluation of the curriculum and faculty enhancement, and periodically conduct tracer studies to gather current data to address the institution’s graduated’ increased employability.
