TRACER STUDY OF THE BSHRM GRADUATES 2017-2019

This study focuses on the tracer study of International School of Asia and the Pacific Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management graduates from 2017 to 2019. The purpose is to find out the general job profile and current employment status of the respondents. Work-related values and skills that help meet the demands of your current job, as well as the barriers and challenges you face when finding a job. A descriptive study design was adopted in this tracer study. The majority of respondents are employed 1-2 years after graduation. Most of them are employed in the Philippines. The majority are hospitality professionals. Salary and benefits have a big impact on whether you stay in your first job.
