The purpose of this quantitative study is to ascertain the degree of ISAP employee familiarity with the Labor Code of the Philippines, also known as Presidential Decree 442. The researchers employed descriptive inferential statistics via Microsoft Excel for data tabulation and analysis. The researchers utilized frequency and percentage distribution to describe the respondents' demographic profile. The responses were calculated using weighted mean. Kruskal Wallis determined the significant differences between the level of knowledge and the assessment of the respondent on the extent of implementation of P.D. 442 or Labor Code of the Philippines when grouped according to their profile variables. Pearson R was utilized to determine the significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the assessment of the respondent on the extent of implementation of P.D. 442 or Labor Code of the Philippines. Through in-depth interviews with 66 ISAP Institution employees, the researchers were able to ascertain that the demographic characteristics of the employees—such as age, sex, civil status, designation to their work, length of service, monthly salary, and job status—do not have any influence on the level of knowledge they have about the present Labor Code of the Philippines. The researchers also discovered that how familiar a person is with the Labor Code influences how positively they see its application at work; as knowledge advances, so does their assessment of the Labor Code's effectiveness. The findings suggest that organization or company should provide seminar or discussion on the policies and provisions elaborated in the Labor Code of the Philippines.
