THE STATUS OF THE HRMO PROGRAM THROUGH ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

HRMO programs constitute a goal-oriented technique aimed at ensuring that organizational processes are in place to effectively utilize the productivity of the employees, especially the Institution. The objective of this study is to determine the status of the HRMO programs and to measure its level of implementation in International School of Asia and the Pacific, it also explores and discusses the function of human resource management on improving the effectiveness of this program. This study used a Descriptive-inferential research design and utilized by a self-made questionnaire containing of 69 questions. Also, using the simple random sampling technique, 67 employees in the different department of ISAP College were selected to be our respondents. The data gathered was analyzed with the use of frequency count, percentage distribution, weighted mean, and ANOVA. Accordingly, the level on the implementation of the HRMO programs as assessed by the employee has a descriptive meaning of implemented in terms of training and development, performance appraisal, recruitment and selection, streamlining of work, and leadership and program administration. While the other HRMO programs has a descriptive meaning of partially implemented. Hence, to test the difference between the assessments of the respondents on the status of the HRMO program to their profile variables; age and highest educational attainment indicated positive and significant difference in the extent of implementation of the HRMO programs specifically in terms of compensation and performance appraisal. Subsequently, based on the data gathered, researchers recommend the following methods that may help Institutions in overcoming the aforementioned difficulties and enhancing their HR function: developing efficient performance management systems, allowing for flexibility, transcending employee motivational levels, and creating a pleasant work environment.
