This paper contains the assessment of HEI’s personnels’ motivation and its relation to their job demands-resources. Motivation plays a vital role in employee’s general performance. Hence, an institution's success depends on how productive their employees are. This study identifies the relationships between motivation, job demands, and job resources. Job demands are the workloads on a job, while job resources include benefits, treatments, and rewards those employees are getting while doing the job. The study used quantitative research methods through standardized questionnaires. Standardized questionnaires were conducted with 100 respondents within the International School of Asia and the Pacific. Using the job diagnostic survey, the study will be able to determine the respondents' evaluations of their current jobs and how satisfied they are with their tasks. Upon further review, analysis of the responses demonstrated that there is no significant relationship between motivation and job demands-resources. However, the results between job demands and job resources indicate that they are significantly related. Factors like workloads, together with rewards, will be a good merger to provide a boost to employees. On this basis, it is recommended that institutions provide support with enough resources in order for the employees to feel more engaged with their job and the institution itself. Further research is also needed to identify other factors that could strengthen the effectiveness of these study.
