Abstract

Review Programs (RPs) are an important source of education and training for people who desire to advance in their careers. One of the reasons students spent time in review centers was due to the fact that board exams are essential to the professional journey of their chosen career. To ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the college, this Review Program serves as the foundation of a particular institution's strategic planning. This study would like is the assessment of online review program of the respondents if this program helps them during the covid-19 pandemic. Since, the Social Work Profession requires prolonged preparation for navigating future clients for this will help his personal and professional development to foster and grow help clients in various ways it needs a proper preparation to ensure the effectiveness of the profession. This study research methodology is a description of the steps taken to conduct a specific type of study. It outlines the methods or processes used to locate and evaluate data pertaining to a certain research topic. The research methodology, then, concerns how a researcher plans their study in a way that enables them to get accurate, trustworthy results and accomplish their research goals. The study used qualitative research design to assess the online review program of the Social Work Graduates 2021. Results shows that there is a significant basis on the assessment of ISAP online review program for Social Work Graduates 2021. The respondents that determine and describes their experiences, how they assess and what are the recommendations that they can provide upon the study. The study on determining and assessing the International School of Asia and the Pacific Online review program of Social Work Graduates 2021 has been conducted at the International School of Asia and the Pacific   Main Campus Alimannao, Penablanca, Cagyayan, that used a qualitative research design. The collected data was gathered through an open-ended questioning of interview to exactly gather the data correctly and on the right process. The data was simply interpreted through the Colizzi’s seven steps. The global COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a rapid transition to online teaching for universities during the current and ensuing years. Graduate social work students need advanced knowledge and skills and supervision to become future leaders in human service organizations. However, social workers are often promoted to management from direct service positions without adequate skills and training and schools of social work may not formally help their clients.
