The Official Research Journal of the College of Psychology
SIBOL is the scholarly publication of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology, dedicated to promoting psychological research, awareness, and advocacy. It features empirical studies, theoretical papers, and reflections on mental health, behavioral science, human development, and social interaction. The journal serves as a nurturing ground for future psychologists and mental health professionals.
SIBOL encourages the use of scientific methods to explore individual and societal issues, supporting research that addresses mental wellness, resilience, learning, and emotional intelligence. It welcomes interdisciplinary contributions that connect psychology to education, health, and community development.
As the name suggests, SIBOL (meaning “to sprout” or “growth”) represents the flourishing of ideas and critical thought. The journal aims to instill in its contributors a commitment to evidence-based practice, empathy, and lifelong learning in the service of human well-being.
